Dream for Acer to produce greener products has finally come true. Yes, the leading giant has come up with its brand new Aspire 3811TZ/TZG, which has been built with materials free from brominated flame retardants and polyvinyl chloride (except AC power cable) In addition; the company has also brought this Timeline series notebook to fulfill the green criteria.

Awarded with Energy Star 5.0, the latest Aspire 3811TZ/TZG is built of materials, which are completely devoid of BFRs and PVC whose chemical traits could give rise to toxic substances, such as furans and dioxins at the end-of-life of products, so, the diminution of BFRs and PVC in the products of Acer would abet to keep the environment safe & sound from getting poisoned by electronics goods.

It was April 2009 when the Aspire Timeline series notebooks had their first declaration. As far as the features of this Timeline series is concerned, it have been designed slim and trim for the users convenience as well. With lightweight, they are measured just 1 inch at the thinnest point. The energy-conscious or environment-friendly Timeline notebooks are also said to use the least power and last long.

Besides, the notebooks are not only energy- conscious, but they are also very cost-effective and if purchase them they would come at such as price that won’t hit hard at your pocket. Generally it is seen that the eco-friendly products come at a meager price tag so that not only sale could be increased, but it could also help protect the environment.

Though, the market is already full with these kinds of energy-efficient or environment friendly products, but still they don’t come at par with the style-conscious devices. The majority of users are made after the stylish contraptions and when it comes to protect the environment, they just give a cold look to it. However, the recent earthquake in Haiti might cause them to grab hold of the eco-friendly devices.
