After the successful delivery of Veriton M490G, X490G desktops, Aspire 8942 and 5942 laptops, Acer has now stormed the market with its all-new notebook range, dubbed as the Acer TravelMate 8×72 Timeline. The Acer TravelMate Timeline allows the users an easy manageability and over 8hrs of long-lasting battery life.
The all-new Acer laptop comes housed with the i3 Mobile CPU’s including Mobile Intel HM55 Express Chipset, Intel Core i7, i5 and Intel TurboBoost technology. The owners of this TravelMate can effortlessly multi-function edit and create digital photos, video and music. The notebook also boasts of offering clear and vibrant visuals and graphics with the help of the highly praised graphics solutions. The latest Acer device is also integrated with Acer CineCrystal LED displays that tout to save around 33 percent energy on being furrowed alongside standard notebook panels. It also boasts of the Acer PowerSmart key that ensures the Acer PowerSmart Management.
The TravelMate 8×72 Timeline, fulfilling all the conditions of RoHS, EPEAT, Energy Star and WEEE, comes in 3 formats i.e. 40cm, 35.5cm and 34cm, integrated with WXGA LED backlit display, which offers an aspect ratio of 16:9, a resolution of 1366 x 768 HD and high brightness. The laptops, measured just 1inch thick, are weighed from 1.6-kg for the 13.3” to 2.6-kg for the 15.6” unit. The feature-crammed laptops also boast of 160GB and 640GB spacious SSD and HDD. This range also comes built-in with multi-in-1 card reader and DVD optical drive.
The built-in optional Acer ezPort IV has to offer a number of connectivity options, such as; VGA, Ethernet, USB port, DVI-D, speaker jacks, microphone and a Kensington Lock. Its Acer FineTouch keyboard is built-in with ergonomic and wide keys and the 15.6-inch model is featured with a numeric keypad. The new Acer contraption comes included with a Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, 3G1, Wi-Fi and Acer Video Conference solution that brags of featuring integrated microphone and Acer Crystal Eye 1.3MB high-definition webcam.
Last but not the least, the latest notebook, to keep safe against any kind of theft, has been equipped with Acer Backup key, Acer Bio-Protection fingerprint solution, Acer Security platform and Acer Disk Anti-Shock Protection technology.
The Acer TravelMate 8×72 Timeline notebook series has not been priced so far and there is also no word when it will be made available in the market, but you can surly find them with 1-yr standard Carry In warranty that can be extended to around 3 yrs.
