Alienware launches OptX AW2210 monitor and TactX headphones


alienwareaw2210-tactxIf you are wacky about games, it is not just limited a great PC, in fact it needs more than that and therefore taking a clue from this, Alienware has introduced ultimate peripherals from its arsenal. The devices, the company says, will surely make all the difference.

Dubbed as the TactX headphones and the OptX AW2210 monitor, these peripherals are crafted to boost the gaming experience. The 21.5-inch monitor comes built-in with 1080p HD display. As its reviews, the TactX is an outstanding in-game earphone, which boasts of providing only one of its kind sound qualities.

Besides, the Alienware OptX AW2210 monitor comes embedded with a 2ms response time and a low input-lag time. The 21.5-inch widescreen LCD display brags of a 1920 x 1080 resolution. The monitor boasts of 16.7 mln colors for crisp and bright images, and is included with a dynamic contrast ratio of 80,000:1.

The four Universal Serial Bus ports and two HDMI ports boast of enhancing the connectivity alternatives of the monitor. You can also make use of this monitor if you would like to connect without any hassle to your computer, flash drives, gaming consoles and other peripherals.

Frank Azor, Dell Gaming said, “The ultimate gaming experience requires more than just a great PC. Alienware is building an ecosystem around our machines to give gamers the complete gaming experience. We’re proud to offer peripherals like these that can make all the difference.”

As the features, Alienware TactX headphones have been crafted to set apart key in-game sounds. It also proves to be highly helpful in separating out among footsteps, gunfire, reloads and more. The device is also additionally featured with custom audio environment, retractable microphone, gold-plated connectors and closed circumaural ear cups. The three piece design of the earphones makes easy transportation and quick break-down possible.

Supported by Dell’s limited warranty, the OptX AW2210 is expected to be rolled out with the price tag of around$299 (approximatelyRs.14, 331.) But there is no word as to the pricing details of the Alienware TactX headphones. It is still under the cover.
