Anchor Bay unveils DVDO iScan Duo

Anchor Bay has come up with its brand new high-performance video processor known as DVDO iScan Duo. On the feature front, it comes with a 2 HDMI 1.3 video/audio outputs, 8 HDMI 1.3 inputs and an HDMI 1.3 audio only output. It is also featured with a range of images and system controls that are of high use for custom integrators. The DVDO iScan Duo is claimed to stand tall in the market for its unstoppable performance.
The unique DVDO iScan Duo video processor comes integrated with extra video inputs. These are (YPbPr or RGB/S), three composite, one S-Video and one VGA for personal computer apps. Its digital audio inputs are built-in with one coaxial and three Toslink optical and two analog RCA stereo pairs. The customers can fix each of these audio inputs to any video input. Not only that, the customers can also make use of one optical digital output and one coaxial digital output for audio connections to A/V receivers without HDMI input.
The DVDO iScan Duo also has the capacity of identifying the display’s favorite format & output with ease, and at the same time, it ensures a simpler setup. Users are also allowed to customize formats up to 1080p60 and 1080p24. Not just that, users can also add extra resolutions to their PC, like; 1920×1200.
The Anchor video processor also comes incorporated over 35 incorporated test patterns for the optimization of display settings. It comes with an intuitive on-screen display with extra line 20-character display on the iScan Duo’s front panel.
The iScan Duo’s VRS technologies are known as Progressive Re-Processing, Precision Deinterlacing, Mosquito Noise Reduction, Fine Detail Enhancement and Precision Video Scaling II. It is also included with Edge Enhancement, Progressive Cadence Detection, Rightrate Framerate Conversion, Precision A/V Lipsync, AutoVFR, and Auto CUE-C.
The Progressive Cadence Detection of the device through Right Rate Frame rate helps users achieve exact playback of film-based content.
The Duo is at present available in the market. It comes with the price tag of around $1,299.
