Apple iPod touch now available for $199

The Apple iPhone Touch comes with a thin metal body. It can be kept into the pocket. It extends an astounding experience with its Multi-Touch user interface, finer 3.5-inch widescreen glass display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, accelerometer and speaker.

Philip Schiller, the Senior Vice President of Apple’s Worldwide Product Marketing said that the iPod touch is cost-effective. It is the novel gateway to Apple’s revolutionary App Store with over 75,000 apps, which the customers can wirelessly download right into their iPod touch.

Adding more to the points, he said that you find a great iPod, a great pocket PC with the industry’s finest mobile web browser and a grand game player, all in this super-thin fine -looking enclosure.

This device also boasts of providing music, television shows, movies and podcasts at the user’s fingertips. The music lovers will now get the elegant traits like Shake to Shuffle, Cover Flow, and access to the iTunes Store. It also gives support to Genius Mixes, which brings about almost 12 endless mixes of songs from the iTunes library.

The Peer-to-Peer connections can play multi-player games. It can also add new game titles from the App Store. It can brings Social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to enable the customers to stay connected with their friends, families and relatives all the time. It also enables the customers to browse the Internet, email and organize contacts.

The latest 3.1 software and the Safari web browser of the device provide a host of other facets to the customers. It claims to provide Cut, Copy and Paste and Spotlight Search, landscape keyboard, remote lock for MobileMe and anti-phishing. The Apple iPod Touch is now available in five colors.
