The Astrum Android smartphone features a stunning and amazing 4.3-inch high-definition touchscreen. The phone gives you a far bigger, better, and brighter visual experience. This dual-SIM smartphone from Astrum is powered by MTK6573 chipset. It has a central processing unit speed of 680 megahertz along with RAM of 256 MB. The 4.3-inch touchscreen is resistive. Sadly, it does not have feature of multi-touch. With screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, users will be able to see HD videos and high-quality pictures.

External Ports

The phone has a double slot for SIM cards; both the SIM cards can function simultaneously. It also has a micro USB port along with a 3.5 mm audio jack for audio output. Furthermore, the phone features a microphone, a speaker, and a camera.

Memory and Storage Capacity

The phone has an internal memory of its own that can carry data up to 512 MB. It is not delivered with any additional memory card, but users can expand the phone’s memory using a micro SD card; the phone supports up to 16 GB of it.

Battery and Power

Manufacturer claims the phone has a standby time of 48 hours. Users can use this phone continuously for 4 hours for talking on a single battery charge. The 1,200 mAh battery takes around 4 hours to charge completely. Altogether, it is a decent battery backup to support such a large screen and additional functions. The device is shipped with two batteries!

Camera and Supported Formats

Astrum dual-SIM Android smartphone has two built-in cameras. The primary camera (rear) has a resolution of 8 megapixels. For video conferencing and/or chatting, users can bring the front-facing 2-megapixel camera in use. Clarity for both the cameras is good. There is no feature of auto-focus, but there are a lot of camera modes available for the users.

For pictures, the phone supports formats like JPEG, BMP, GIF, and PNG. For videos, the phone can play MP4 and 3GP formats. Furthermore, the phone identifies MP3, WAV, and WMA formats for music.

The Astrum dual-SIM smartphone has wi-fi, Bluetooth, and also comes pre-installed with SPB Shell 3D game for Android. It has a built-in orientation sensor along with accelerometer, which means the users can change the orientation of the screen per their discretion.

The phone supports languages like English, Traditional & Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Indonesian, French, Portuguese, Italian, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, and Thai. The device comes in with 1-year warranty with current Android OS. Any alterations or upgradations in its OS will void the warranty. Along with the phone, the package contains 2 rechargeable batteries, a user manual (in English), earphones, charging adapter, and a USB charging cable.
