Asus hits Indian market with its Eee Top ET1602 Touchscreen Computer

Asus has finally hit the Indian market with the availability of its most-awaited Eee Top ET1602 Touchscreen Computer. The all-in-one touchscreen PC, based on Windows XP Home with Express Gate, comes featured with full functionality of a normal desktop PC.

Furthermore the easy-to-setup computing device not just boasts of having a 15.6-inch 16:10 five-wired resistive wide panel with Splendid Video Intelligence Technology for clear and vivid display, but it also comes built-in with SoftStylus, which the users can use to type in their text on the screen but for the need of any physical keyboard as it also brags of giving support to handwriting recognition function.

Asus Eee Top ET1602 Touchscreen PC is weighed just 4.3 kg. It also comes built-in with an Intel Atom N270 processor, exclusive Easy Mode within Windows, 945GSE ICH7 chipset, DDRII 1 GB memory as well as 160 GB SATAII hard drive.

Talking about its entertainment features, the Eee Top ET1602 allows its users to listen to music via an incorporated Hi-Fi speaker x 2 and SRS Premium Sound System. The touch-screen computer is also capable of working well with Eee Cinema – a feature-packed multi-media center which users can use to select, browse, and make access to photos, videos, music and movies.

Above and beyond, the Eee Top ET1602 also boasts USB 2.0 ports, card reader support and a variety of I/O ports. The Asus Eee Top ET1602 all-in-one touchscreen PC will be sold for Rs. 44,000 in India along with a two years warranty.
