Asus unveils Designo MS series LCD monitors

Asus-MS246 After successfully launching its dual-screen Eee Reader, of which I let you know couple of days back, Asus is now back with its Designo MS series LCD monitors. The series of LCD monitors come included with five models that is; MS246, MS236, MS227, MS226 and MS202. The design concept of these LCD monitors gets its inspiration from binary state, which comes built-in with a series of different elements such as; the numbers 0 and 1.

As the reviews, this slim LCD comes colored in white and black and is featured with a 16.5mm profile. The monitor is featured with a distinct spherical stand that boasts of Ergo-Fit technology. Its only one of its kind stand helps users fine-tune the monitor’s angle by making use of just one finger. The design boasts of putting the screen at eye-level for a productive and comfy dual screen computing experience.

The monitor is also featured with full HD 1080p, 2ms response time, 50,000:1 contrast ratio and Asus Splendid Video Intelligence Technology. The Glossy Piano-Black bezel and LED touch-sensor buttons boast of perking up the appeal of this monitor. In addition to this, the MS series LCD monitors also comes built-in with DVI/VGA port and HDMI port.

Featuring an eco-friendly design, the Designo series has been made of 50% less harmful materials. It also has the capacity of reducing the power use by about 40%.

Asus has not said any word as to the pricing and availability details of its Designo MS series LCD monitors. But these LCDs are hoped to be shipped in the market very soon.
