The U301 is actually going to be released in North America by Franklin Wireless, a San Diego-based technology company. It is Franklin that has the contract with Sprint, not C-Motech. C-Motech is just under contract with Franklin for the manufacture of this device. Why did this article fail to mention Franklin Wireless?
