Canon PowerShot A2100 reviews – an excellent 12 megapixels point and shoot camera

As an amateur photographer, you will feel absolutely comfortable working with a camera that supports a 3x optical zoom. But as you graduate from being an amateur photographer to a more experience one, you will notice that your satisfaction level with a 3x or 4x zoom is not high enough.

The design of the camera is essentially wedge shaped. The camera is pretty comfortable to hold and fits easily into your pockets.
The camera takes about 1.9 seconds to start up. The time between consecutive shots for this camera is 2 seconds with the flash turned off. The LCD screen is very bright and makes navigation in the device an extremely simple affair. The camera features digital image stabilization. You can change ISO settings, white balance settings, brightness, contrast, light metering, etc on the camera.
The camera also features a dedicated face detection technology. The high resolution of this camera results in an excellent image quality. The images come out very good with natural, vibrant, bright, and sophisticated colors. The noise is also very limited. Overall, the Canon PowerShot A2100 IS is an excellent point and shoot camera and is surely worth a shot.
