Creative unveils 2G Vado HD camcorder with Mac OS X
Following the successful release of its Vado HD camcorder, Creative is now back with its latest and greatest version of the Vado HD. Also known as the Creative Vado HD pocket camcorder, the 2G camcorder gets its power from the latest Vado Central for Mac OS X operating system.
This operating system boasts of giving support to video transfer. Users can use it if they want direct import of Vado movies to the iMovie. The Vado Central can work well with the Vado and the Vado HD models, which have already been released by the company itself. The software can easily be downloaded from company’s official support website.
The latest Vado HD is expected to be rolled out in two versions. The 4GB Vado HD is to be made available in glossy white color along with green accents. Vodo’s this version can hold around 60 mnts of video. The 8GB version is anticipated to be shipped in the market in glossy black color including red accents. The 8GB memory is said to have the capacity of holding around 120 mnts of video.
The two versions of the camcorder, the company says, are at present available for pre-order. Costumers can pre-order the Creative Vado HD pocket camcorder at company’s official webpage and at Amazon. The 4GB model will come with the price tag of up to $179.99 (approx. Rs. 8,800) whereas the 8GB model is expected to be made available with the price of around $199.99 (approx. Rs. 9,778).
Since Vado HD camcorder has been released, many more pocket camcorders have come and gone. But still the company took the risk of launching its brand new Creative Vado HD pocket camcorder. Though, on the feature front, the product gives a satisfying look, in such a competitive world, let’s see if it would stand tall among the big boss of tech world.
