The N7010 features a 16-inch main screen that is fairly crisp and offers an aspect ratio of 16:9. The other screen comes in the form of a 4-inch touch screen that aims to serve as a shortcut screen. It is because of this additional tiny screen that the LifeBook N7010 carries a price tag of $1500.

In the LifeBook N7010, this second screen has been provided as a functional work area. It has the capability of linking with various programs on your computer. The small screen features buttons that enable you to launch a browser, open program windows and even take screen shots. The screen can be used as a secondary panel to view photo slides and presentations. The screen gives you the option of using it as an external monitor. You can even move the mouse onto the second screen and drag a window onto the area that offers 960-by-544-pixels. The main screen on the other hand offers 1355-by-768 pixels and is very colorful and bright. It does feature a good amount of glossy coating but does not reflect much light when used outdoors.

The Fujitsu LifeBook N7010 is a 7.4-pound device that has measurements of 15.2 by 10.9 by 1.9 inches. It features a sophisticated and small keyboard. The device houses a textured touchpad that feels very good while you mouse around your way to glory on the device. The LifeBook N7010 features a gesture-based pinching and zooming functionality. The mouse buttons on the device are very small and are not very pleasing in visual appeal and usage. However, there is a scroll button between the left and the right mouse buttons.

The LifeBook N7010 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU (2.26GHz) that is supported by a 256 MB ATI Radeon HD 3470 graphics card and 4GB of RAM. It features a Blu-ray optical drive and also an eSATA port. The device offers 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity options. Overall, it is an excellent performance oriented machine.
