Jays launches s-JAYs In-ear Headphones in UK


Swedish portable headphone and media playe accessories producer, Jays has announced the availability of their new product, the s-JAYS in-ear headphones. The company touts that the headphones are its 1st to make use of use SIREN armature technology that brags of offering a wider acoustic range than before, with accurate highs, more marked mids and deeper bass. As the features, other than the latest design, the headphones also boast of featuring the company’s sound isolating system to make available crystal-clear sound at any volume level.

In order to assist wearers to have an outstanding fit, Jays has also shipped the headphones with five distinctively-sized pairs of silicon sleeves. The s-JAYS also boast of producing a 113dB SPL at 1kHz in conjunction with a 20Hz-20,000Hz frequency response. The 24-inch PVC-coated cord comes with a Kevlar filling, and the set is built-in with a 35-inch extension cable. Besides, it also has four pairs of canal filters, a pair of foam sleeves, plus a stereo splitter, airline adapter and carrying case.

As its reviews, the s-JAYS are available in white or black with the price tag of around $89 in the UK and are expected to be made available somewhere else soon. The latest earphones come only with the weight of 10g, and are built-in with the isolating sound system of Jays of which I have talked earlier. The system is capable of eliminating the ambient noise and crack down exclusively on sounds even at low volume.

Moreover, technical point of view, the s-JAYs in-ear headphones boast of consisting of Cord type: PVC coated with Kevlar filling, Cord diameter: 2/1.5 mm (0,079/0,059 in), Frequency Response: 20Hz – 20 000 Hz, Sensitivity: 113dB SPL @ 1 kHz, Impedance: 69 Ohm @ 1 kHz and Cord length: 60 cm (24 in). The headphones are cool enough to sooth you and your soul by providing crystal clear sound.
