JVC Everio GZ-X900 Camcorder with Slow Motion Shooting

JVC has announced the launch of its hybrid Everio GZ-X900 or Everio X camcorder, which, the company claims, can shoot high def video plus high resolution digital still images. This multi-use, tiny and light camera is also claimed to offer amazing shooting mix of full HD video, a 9 MP sensor and remarkable shooting functions like slow motion video and speedy still photography.
As its reviews, the Everio GZ-X900 weighs up to 0.66 pounds, thus slips easily into your pocket. Plus, it can shoot 1920 x 1080 Full HD AVCHD video. The forte of the camcorder is its 10x Slow Motion Shooting, which boasts of shooting super-slow motion videos in one of the 3 speeds such as 120 fps, 300fps and 600fps.
Using 10x slow motion shooting, it boasts of playbacking 2.4 secs of recorded video more than 24 secs whereas the speedy shooting is like the motor drive function that can be availed in few mechanical still cameras and allows about six 9 MP photos in up to 15 images per second. It also claims to provide 1920 x 1080/60i Full HD video, 5.3 MP stills images and recording videos, photos at quicker shutter speeds of more or less 1/4000 sec but for disrupting video recording.
