Kodak EasyShare Z915 Digital Camera Introduced at the PMA

Kodak has announced to expand its multi-use EasyShare series of digital cameras, which is dubbed as the high-end Z915 digital shooter. The latest Kodak EasyShare Z915 was unveiled at the 2009 PMA International Convention & Trade Show in Las Vegas. It encompass a robust image stabilization feature with 10X optical zoom lens (photographic tool), which users can use to capture crisp long-distance shots. Plus, it boasts of a reso of 10 megapixel, a bright and detail-rich 2.5-inch color screen and back up for Kodak SDHC/SD memory cards.
Apart from all said above, the latest Z915 comes included with Kodak’s ground-breaking Smart Capture attribute, which guarantees reliability in allowing first-class images. It also is capable of automatically detecting the scene being shot and as a result fine-tune camera setting to present click-to-capture performance. Besides, the Smart Capture is compatible with KODAK PERFECT TOUCH processing to enhance the highlight and shadow areas of the images.
John Blake, General Manager Digital Capture and Devices, Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company, was quoted as saying, “The new Z915 is a versatile camera that’s ideal for families on the go, making it ideal for consumers who want more zoom but don’t like a bulky camera. With its mix of Smart Capture as well as high zoom with optical image stabilization, the Z915 is brought in a fast-growing product category, and boasts of great performance to consumers who are on the look out for latest ways to advance their digital photography experience.”
The lightweight and compact Z915 digital camera can be availed in blue, red, black and gray colors. Plus, the latest digital camera has been powered by the Kodak Ni-MH AA rechargeable battery. The Kodak EasyShare Z915 digital camera is slated to be rolled out in April for an estimated price of US$199.95 (approx. Rs. 10,405).
