Kyocera Mita, described often as a ‘colour laser printer for the small workgroup’ is a substantial machine that comes with a standard 500-sheet paper tray.The good part is that this size of the paper tray is much healthier than the sizes of trays found often in printers of this type. This large size of the paper tray reduces paper storage requirements. A 150-sheet multi-purpose tray that folds down from the front of the machine is also present in this printer. Setting up the printer is extremely easy and requires mere plugging connections and setting the toner cartridges into place. The toner cartridges are quite efficient with page yield of 6,000 pages for each colour and 7,000 for black prints. This means that even for small office needs, the cartridges need not be replaced often. As far as print speed is concerned, the printer offers a speed of 21 pages per minute for both black and colour prints. The printing costs come out to be roughly 1.1 penny per page for black prints and 5.9 penny per page for colour prints. This also means that the maintenance costs of the printer are also very low.
The print quality of the output is extremely good. The text comes out to be crisp, sharp, and black and the colors come out to be very bright, vibrant, and natural. The Kyocera Mita FS-C5200DN is available at a price of £445. It is a quality colour laser printer that offers excellent performance and has a low running and maintenance cost.
