Here is an easy way to avoid confusion while using remote for your device. Logitech has announced the availability of its brand new all-in-one remote, Harmony 900, which will enable the users an easy and comfortable operation of all home entertainment devices.
The Logitech Harmony 900 is claimed to be highly useful for the customers, who want to control all their devices just at the touch of the screen. The remote also gets them rid of the need of changing batteries because it is rechargeable.
The Logitech Harmony 900 is designed in line with Rf technology. It features an intuitive button layout and a full-color touchscreen. The latest remote is also capable of operating different kinds of media devices including TVs, movies, music and games.
The installation of Harmony 900 is very simple and enjoyable. You just need to place an IR blaster in one or two of the mini blasters on any shelve near the devices, which you want to control. After that, use the RF and remote’s touchscreen to decide which device you would like to operate. By doing so, you can complete the setup.
The layout is highly impressive. It is divided into four separate zones. These are numbers, traditional DVD controls, D-pad with volume and channel up/down, and on-screen menu buttons. Hence, you can enjoy operating the remote. The Harmony 900 has an interesting aspect. It shows 44 most-used buttons to let you depend on touch, not sight. The company has also extended online guidelines for the customers.
The online setup process asks the users to type-in the make and model number of their devices. Then, you will get the IR code for that particular device. The database is very large, to say over 2,25,000 devices and 5000 manufactures.
The hi-tech Logitech remote is slated to hit the market in September this year. It can be purchased for a price of $399.99.
