Nokia 3710 fold


Nokia, pioneer in mobile communication and world’s most trusted brand, have launched a new good looking, easy-to-use handset with all modern features, the Nokia 3710 fold. It has a very familiar user interface which will certainly make it popular and favorite soon. The device opens up to reveal a bright screen. Nokia has provided users very innovative devices in the past and Nokia 3710 is a new gem in the list.

The Dimensions of device are 89 x 47 x 15.2mm and it weighs 90g with the battery. It has a TFT color display with 16 M colors providing resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The In-built 3.2 megapixel camera captures images of resolution 2048 x 1536 pixels which look clear on the bright screen of the device. The camera with 4x zoom captures videos of resolution 176 x 144 with 15 fps refresh rate of MPEG-4 format. Traditional lithium ion battery with capacity of 860mAh has a standby time of 288 hours and talk time of 240 minutes. This 3G enabled phone lets you share your captured images in a quick and painless process. In addition, it comes with a new photo gallery that lets you sort, edit and view your shots effortlessly.

This point-and shoot camera phone enable you to take quality pictures and share them online through services like Ovi Share. The Nokia 3710 fold has a front camera without flash for video calling. It has an internal memory of 70 MB which can contain 2000 entries and can keep history of 20 dialed, received and missed calls each. The Memory is expandable upto 8GB which is really appreciable. Today’s expanding market is looking for better storage on their cell phone, and it wont be too late that an 8GB space is wiped out.

Data transfer is possible through slower types like GPRS class 32 with 88 kbps speed and EDGE class 32 with 296 kbits. As stated earlier, fast data transfer through 3G at the speed of 384 kbps is possible. It has Bluetooth 2.1 and USB 2.0 microUSB. Web browser WAP2.0 is installed and GPS system with A-GPS support is available. Other common features like audio and video player, Flash Lite 3, T9 predictions etc are same as that of previous models. This s40 6th edition phone is available for $205 which is very affordable.
