Nokia N97 lands in India


nokia-n97The wait seems to be almost over. The much-awaited and widely talked Nokia N97 has finally made its entry in India market. Regarded as one of high profile mobile devices, the Nokia N97 extends a host personalized options and internet services to the customers.

Targeting tech-savvy mobile users, the N97 enables customers to view contents from the personalized home screen. It offers an ‘always open’ window to all the applications. The touch screen phone enables customers to access to social networking sites, RSS feeds and Ovi feeds and many more things.

The hi-tech Nokia device features multiple sensors, processing power, memory and connection speeds. It also features A-GPS sensors and an electronic compass to enable the customers to find locations instantly.

Through Nokia N97, you cannot just update your status in social networking sites, but you are also permitted to make a visit to other’s profile and make friends at the social networking sites.

Vineet Taneja, Director-Marketing, Nokia India said, “The Nokia N97 is the most powerful, multi-sensory mobile device in existence. It is an important step towards our vision of delivering a highly personalized Internet experience.”

The Nokia N97 features a 3.5” widescreen display with 16:9 aspect ratio and a distinct tilting option. It also possesses a full QWERTY keyboard and different kinds of widgets to get live data straight. There are 10 international widgets and 5 local widgets. It is also packed with some pre-loaded applications such as Facebook, news services from NDTV and Reuters, email, shopping and weather information. Using Nokia N97, you can do blogging, chatting, posting, sending texts or emailing.

Coming to the memory power, the device provides a massive storage space of 48GB, which includes a 32GB on-board memory, 16GB external memory from microSD card. The Nokia N97 also features a 5-megapixel camera with advanced quality Carl Zeiss optics and DVD quality video capture.
