Palm Treo Pro Review – Specifically designed to target the business users

Specifically designed to target the business users, the latest phone from Palm is aimed at putting a simile on the faces of lots of businessmen, and perhaps wipe off that complacent smirk off the mugs of iPhone and BlackBerry lovers. It operates with Windows Mobile 6.1, built-in with the Microsoft Office Mobile Suite along with Direct Push Technology for real-time e-mail delivery.

The first thing to be noticed about the latest Treo Pro is its modern look. It gets rid of the clunky, outmoded design of earlier Treos. The smartphone is quite sharp, both inside and out. It has a 320x320-pixel resolution touch screen, and sports in a screensaver that shows you any missed calls, time and latest text/multimedia messages at a glimpse. Besides, you can also see some Palm Centro influence with the full QWERTY keyboard; however the navigation keypad is all new.

The quad-band world phone also comes built-in with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UMTS/HSDPA support, and GPS. The Palm Treo Pro is expected to be made available through Vodafone and O2 in Europe during September. As to its pricing or exact availability date, there is not much info.
