Pentax has decided to come up with its three new budget-friendly cameras, which are not only unique in designs (as the company claims), but (as the media reports say) could also help the company cut a big piece of its share for which it has been dreadfully yenning for.
For last two or three days, all three cameras have been hot topic of the gossipers, but now when their launch have been confirmed, the pundits of the photography world have begun to wage a wordy war against the existence of the company.
Anyways, the three cameras are known as Optio l-10, H90 and E90, which, as per reports lurking around, have been uniquely designed and are not like other silver digital camera. I am fully agreed to the labeling, but where is the uniqueness.
The Optio I-10 comes with a wide angle 5x optical zoom lens, whereas the focal range is equal to 28 – 140mm. Besides, the new l-10 is also adorned with the attribute of a 12.1mp CCD sensor, which can be viewed on a 2.7-inch widescreen LCD. The widescreen LCD can also display 720p 30fps HD videos. Plus, the camera also offers compatibility for the remote control. Dipped in the colors of pearl white and classic black, the camera has been priced around $299.95.
The Optio H90 comes with a 5x optical zoom lens, while its focal range is quite similar to the Optio I-10. With 12.1mp CCD sensor, the H90 also comes with HD 720p 30fps video capacity, however can be availed in February with the price tag of around $179.95.
Available to grapple in a range of Matte Black, Orange-Silver and Ceramic White, the all new camera would also be embedded with the capability of the l-10 and H90 to make use of Eye-Fi cards for wireless connectivity.
Finally comes the Optio E90, the cheapest beast, which arrives like easily operable Optio E series. This camera comes packed with a 32 – 96mm equal zoom, a 10mp CCD sensor, but is built-in with similar 2.7-inch LCD that is available in Optio I-10. The camera has it all stuffed in its luxurious-like rubber coated body, which help users provide a firm grip.
The E90, with a travel-keen structural design by means of AA batteries, brags of a high ISO 6400 to equal freeze movement and make sure decent pics even when there is dim-light scenarios. This camera is priced for $99.95.
