Polaroid’s PoGo boasts of offering instant photo print features

How could we fail to remember the old Polaroid camera, which was capable of forking out an image as soon as a picture was captured? I can still remember my father waving a printed Polaroid pic in the air hoping that it grows that much faster. Now it looks like that Polaroid camera has come of age with a new digital version of the renowned camera that was first rolled out in the 70’s.
Last week, Polaroid and Zink together came up with the introduction of a new digital camera known as PoGo, which boasts of offering instant photo print features. Back in July, Polaroid had released the PoGo mobile photo printer. With an integrated printer, the latest camera gives the impression of being pretty like Tomy’s Xiao camera, which was rolled out last year. Featuring a 3” color LCD display, the PoGo camera comes built-in with a lot of avant-garde functionalities. Attributes consist of a Flash Strobe, 4x digital zoom, self-timer and SD cards lot for keeping the pictures stored. Further features of the camera encompass the Pictbridge and image editing functions such as picture cropping, in camera red-eye removal, light augmentation and more.
As its reviews, the camera also comes embedded with the Zink inkless printer, which claims to provide 2”x3” borderless sticky backed prints. Speaking high of a print speed of below 60 seconds for each print, the PoGo digital camera claims to cover several print overlay alternatives such as file, date, borders and number.
The camera also touts to give support to USB and works well with the Mac systems or PC. The PoGo camera comes with the accessories of an AC adapter/ charger, carrying case, USB cable, wrist strap as well as ten sheets of photo paper The PoGo camera is powered by a lithium ion rechargeable battery, which offers 75 images with flash to be printed.
The Polaroid PoGo camera is expected to hit the stores around March 209 with the price tag of around $200.
