Restoring Missing Web Pages Data becomes easy with Firefox Add-on Lazarus
Users across the world have experienced many times that all their typed data in the forms disappears due to accidental clicking on other links or due to error after hitting the submit button. When the page is clicked back, a page expiry message or a black form is displayed. If the browser is accidentally closed or the computer hangs, this sort of problem is again noticed by all users. In all cases, all the data in the forms has to be re typed and a lot of time consumed. Now, to tackle this situation, Firefox has launched Lazarus add-on. This add-on lets the user restore the form or email/blog content with just a single click. It comes as a free Firefox add-on.
It auto saves all the data typed in the browser so that the data can be restored whenever the need be. Lazarus automatically saves the data while the user types in the browser and saves it again when the user clicks on the submit button. Whenever there is a need to restore the data, the user just needs to go back to the web page and right click within the web page. The Recover Form present in the context menu does the rest.
The user data is kept in SQLite database which is located in the user’s profile folder. The data is very secure as it is encrypted with Firefox’s Software Security Device. This makes sure that the data is not shared with any body else and remains secure. The user can set a “Firefox’s Master Password” and Firefox asks this password every time the data has to be restored. The user can also set a time limit of keeping the data in SQLite database. If the duration is set as 1 hour, the data will be deleted from the local drive once it reaches 1 hour after it was saved. All this hints to the fact that the data of a user remains very safe and secure.
