Thus, to be more exact, the owners on BD-P3600, BD-P4600 and BD-P1600 Blu-ray players are now free to take full advantage of user-generated content on YouTube. They just will have to upload the value added services at no extra cost.

Samsung doesn’t want to leave any stone unturned that is why it has made its fast and advance move, the company took full advantage of all the more prevailing technology and joined hands with another giant of the tech-word.

The collaboration will now allow Samsung Blu-ray players to make available a variety of online entertainment at just user’s fingertips. They just have to hook up these players to wireless or wired internet connection.

In order to make access to YouTube, users, from the main screen, will have to press a button on the remote control and select to watch the highly-rated or the most famous videos. Users can search these videos with the help of a phone-like onscreen keypad as well.

Plus, if users want to make this experience easier, it provides a category list which helps turn this experience into the experience of a website.

Samsung in collaboration with YouTube is also planning to meet consumers’ fast growing exigency to benefit from a vast variety of multimedia content at home. The latest service is scheduled to be made public at Samsung Booth at CEDIA Expo 2009.

Samsung and YouTube both have a long and stable standing in their respective field and it is well known to all and sundry when the two giants come together, they surely make a difference. Though YouTube and Samsung have independtly provided its users enough, it is time to take their advantage together.
