In a bid to augment its portfolio of Cortexa home automation product, Smarthome is now all set to hit the selves with its latest 15-inch and 8.4-inch touchscreens, which, according to the company, are featured-packed with fast processors, flush mounting, capacitive soft-touch configurable buttons, webcams, acrylic bezels and more.
As the reviews, these robust or powerful solid-state touchscreens are also touted to allow accessibility to the Cortexa Home Automation Controller. Besides, they also allow users configure third party web-enabled or Windows-capable apps.
Laurie Maroni, VP of Marketing at Smarthome, was quoted to have said that the Cortexa touchscreens embed consumers with the standalone touchscreen control for various home automation systems, surveillance and security systems, and whole home video and audio systems. Cortexa is also said to offer a free iPhone application, which helps users restrain their home automations distantly that are attuned with the touchscreen.
Also compatible with RoHS, these latest touchscreens from Cortexa also claim to provide energy-saving performance. Further they have the capacity of offering highest reliability with always-on service via the XPe-enabled OS.
Complementing the Cortexa controller series, these touchscreens are also claimed to well suited option for any web or Win-based application. While the high-performance & low-heat fanless processor help the touchscreens ensure robust performance and stability. The acrylic bezel is featured with 4 soft-touch webcam, sensing buttons and microphone.
The 8.4-inch and 15-inch Cortexa touchscreens are respectively priced and are available to grab at $1750, which is Rs. 81,925 as per the Indian currency and $2550 that is around Rs. 1,19,352, according to Indian currency.
The two devices are not just feature-crammed but also built-in with leading-edge technology that I hope will surely woo the costumers during this festive season.
