Telus outs Windows Mobile driven LG IQ

The LG IQ has grabbed the attention of all and sundry since it has come in view, but now the same handset is all set to hit the selves of Telus. The subscribers of Telus and the user of the QWERTY phone can now make access to the Windows mobile application via the Windows Marketplace for Mobile application store.
Delving deep into the features of the LG smartphone, it is learnt that the handset comes in built with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display. While on the dimensions front, the device brags of weighing just 150 grams, and comes with the measurement of around 113mm x 55mm x 15.9mm. Besides, the IQ is also said to subsume an Internet Explorer 7, which boasts of a zoom slider. The smartphone is also featured with a 5mp camera and claims to provide support for around 16GB of memory.
In addition, the touchscreen mobile phone is also said to built-in with Telus mobile radio, music player, Telus mobile TV, Telus mobile music, optical mouse as well as fingerprint scanner. Apart from that, the latest handset is also claimed to offer support for 3G HSPA 850/1900, Telus Navigator and e-mail capabilities with the help of Microsoft Exchange.
Last but not the least; the LG IQ is also packaged with USB cable, stereo headset, stylus, AC charger, software CD and rechargeable battery.
Price wise, the LG IQ has been priced around $99.99 along with a 3-year contract, but the device can also be grabbed with the price of around $399.99 along with a 2-year contract, $449.99 alongside a 1-year contract and $499.99 but for any agreement.
Let’s hope it does what it promises. Though the manufacture is know to make available the latest and greatest products, but so far the device has been, it seems to a little hard to stand tall among the other contenders.
