Toshiba has recently introduced another member to its business oriented laptop family, the Tecra R840-11E. It promises good mobility and performance for those who want their office works done without hassles and that too, on a sleek and powerful laptop that they can carry around.

The display makes good first impressions with its thin black simplistic design. The black case is characterized by a finely textured surface. The lid is very solid and gives no impression of yielding no matter how hard you press. However one drawback is that it opens only till a limiting angle and the viewing angles are also limited. The screen on the laptop is a 14 inch with matte finish to keep the reflections to a bare minimum. It has a resolution count of 1366*768 pixels which is just usual for laptops this size.
