ViewSonic rolls out VOT530 and VOT550 PC Minis

Expanding its portfolio of Mini PC, ViewSonic has now announced the availability of its two ground-breaking devices, christened as VOT550 and VOT530. These two computing machines are claimed to use up to 50% less plastic and 45% less energy in comparison of the tower PCs.
Powered by a Windows 7 Home Premium Operating System, the Mini PCs come built-in with 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity and 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processors. The two devices can also effortlessly stream Internet content to a TV or access music and movies hoarded on the hard drive. Besides, they are also claimed to feature six speedy USB 2.0 back and front ports and eSATA and DVI-I ports to the rear, providing compatibility for extended media format.
Jeff Volpe, VP and GM of ViewSonic North America, was quoted to say that ViewSonic has changed the thought of people regarding computing. The customers, with the help of versatile devices, which function as both entertainment hubs and Internet servers, can get connected with digital content conveniently, despite if the accessing downloaded content and streaming video are hoarded on the hard drive.
As the reviews, the VOT550 and VOT530 PC Minis also come built-in with remote control, which help navigate via Blu-ray and DVD content with ease. In addition, the integrated microphone and earphone jacks incorporating the RJ45 Ethernet port refurbish these PC Minis in the networked game stations for home gamers.
The VOT530 PC Mini also boasts of being subsumed with a subsumed DVD Super Multi RW drive and 2GB of internal memory. But, the VOT550 boasts of 4GB of memory and has an integrated Blu-ray/recordable DVD combo drive for hi-def management, 1080p Blu-ray content.
The VOT550 and VOT530 PC Minis are available to purchase with their respective price of around $949 (Rs. 44,071) and $749 (Rs. 34,783). Though PC giant is already all set to hit the selves of mobile world, now let’s see what this can do with these PCs.
